CIRA (Commercial.Industrial.Residential.Acquisitions.) Worldwide, LLC is a subsidiary of Trinity Funds Worldwide, LLC. CIRA Worldwide has been active in the Southwest real estate market since 2003 and has thrived in these volatile real estate markets. CIRA is conglomerate of real estate experts strategically positioned in the Southwestern United States to locate and acquire opportunistic deals in today’s real estate market.

Mission

The Company has been charged with creating strategic relationships with private and public investment funds so that we may effectively aquire undervalued assets that come to market. These opportunities are time sensitive in that many of them never hit the retail market and are only available through pre-existing relationships with local and national investors and developers. The supply of considerably discounted commercial and residential real estate is limited.

Strategy

CIRA realizes its strategy by providing ground-up development services, improving and repositioning underutilized real estate, or by using its operational expertise and vision to maximize returns from performing assets. The Company caters to high net worth individuals and institutional investors through the acquisition, development and management of its strategic investments. It creates value for its partners by providing passive and active real estate investors with a structured entrance, hold and exit strategies in a changing real estate market.
